Hi we are the Spraggs. When we moved to the Kingdom of Swaziland, now known as the Kingdom of eSwatini, we were a family of 5 and have increased to a family of 7. Stephen and Charity are the parents to Hannah, Luke, Titus, Busanda & B (lives with us throughout the week), and have lived in eSwatini since 2014. We serve through Adventures in Missions, which is a ministry that is focused on “transforming individuals who will transform communities”. A key platform we use is Care Points in communities where children come and receive food, love, care and discipleship 5 days a week.
Stephen took on the pastoral responsibility of leading and shepherding a local multi-cultural church that uses English as it’s medium. English is a bridge between many cultures, and we desire to be a part of God creating an incredible diverse church that will live out His Kingdom culture, and in turn display His Glory.
We also look forward to future ministry opportunities that God is beginning, in, and through our family, such as, equipping of local pastors and missionary care.

David and Joy Speights have been living and working in Thailand since January, 1986. During that time, they have lived all over Thailand, and currently live in Southern Thailand. The Speights have 3 sons and 2 daughters who have all grown up in Thailand.
Thailand has a prevalence of Buddhism that ranks among the highest in the world. According to the last census (2000) 94.6% of the total population are Buddhists. Muslims are the second largest religious group in Thailand at 4.6%. Christians represent only 0.5% of the population. Statistically, it appears that Christianity in Thailand may be growing at a slower rate than population growth.

Matthew and Brooke Rolfe will be relocating to Buena Vista, Guatemala in January of 2020, where they will be serving full time at the Buena Vista Sports Academy for boys (BVSA). BVSA is a ministry that uses the language of soccer as a tool to reach young boys in the community, aiming to break generational chains of sin, poverty, addiction, and spiritual lostness in tough places around the world. There, along with other BVSA missionaries, Matt and Brooke will have the opportunity to pour into these boys’ lives and teach them about following Jesus, respecting women, serving their community, and becoming loving husbands and fathers. BVSA believes that if we can lead the boys to Jesus, the impact will reach the girls and the women; and it will eventually rebuild broken families, transform cities, and change generations to come.
Brooke grew up in Guatemala, where her parents started BVSA in 2011. She moved back to the States in 2016 to pursue a college education, and during that time met her husband, Matt. Matt traveled with Brooke to Guatemala several times, where he fell in love with the place and the people. Matt and Brooke were married in December 2018, and soon after felt the call to GO!
Matt and Brooke have a love for music, people, and sharing the gospel. Their prayer is that God would be glorified through their lives and that He would send them to the places where His love is needed the most.

JP, Elizabeth, & Yahna Ott are missionaries with World Outreach Ministries and moved to the Czech Republic in June of 2018. The Otts were married in 2011 and have one beautiful daughter, with hopes of more to come! Prior to the Czech Republic they served in Thailand for one year teaching English and doing weekly village outreaches and three months in Burkina Faso doing a missions internship. In the Czech Republic, they work alongside the local church. JP also works with a government project in Prague 20 as a roving English teacher. This is a very strategic position to build relationships with many parents, teachers, and students in the community.

Carl and Lisa Norton and their family are serving in San Lucas, Guatemala. Their ministry focuses on three aspects of orphan care.
Continuous Orphan Care
Going into existing special needs children’s homes on a weekly basis – building relationships with the children, nannies, and directors. They share the love of Christ through playing, singing, praying, reading bible stories and loving on the children in the homes.
Preventative Orphan Care
Our ministry also makes weekly trips into a nearby village to build relationships with families in crisis, offer assistance when needed, play and pray for the children and families. The goal of this part of the ministry is to strengthen family ties so that families are able to stay together in a safe, healthy environment.
Emergency Orphan Care
Serving the Shepherd, Loving His Lambs is expanding to take in children who are being removed from their home due to dangerous or unhealthy situations. This is similar to foster care in the United States.

David and Taylor Neverman are on staff with Cru (formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ) serving college students in South Florida. They minister to the ethnically and culturally diverse population of Miami and the surrounding cities that hold half a million college students. Together they are helping launch new Gospel-centered movements on college campuses where there are no established ministries sharing their faith and discipling leaders. David’s call is specific to ROTC students, drawing on his background in the core of cadets at Virginia Tech, while Taylor mainly focuses on investing in ethnic minority leaders and young women struggling with holiness. They are praying for God to raise up student leaders and multiplying believers on the 76 campuses within the Tri-Country area of South Florida!
